Redbud Strategies is an Oklahoma-based, veteran-owned research and consulting firm that partners with nonprofits, businesses, foundations, government agencies and education entities to help produce measurable outcomes and build solutions through evidence-based data.
Bradley Ward, Ph.D.
Operating at the intersection of public policy and academics for over a decade, Bradley Ward, Ph.D., specializes in data-driven research and consulting on both a state and federal level. Ward brings demonstrated expertise in coordinating with government and regulatory agencies to optimize agency processes, identify cost savings, analyze legislation and interpret policy, data analysis and policy development.
During his tenure in state government, Ward has been at the center of auditing state agencies, identifying cost savings for lawmakers, and streamlining government operations and strategies to improve government services.
Ward contributed to Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt’s Department of Efficiency (DOGE) task force, assessing government operations and evaluating recommendations to enhance efficiency, transparency and fiscal stewardship. Additionally, Ward contributed to the internal investigation of the Swadley’s Foggy Bottom Kitchen contract, analyzing financial records, contracts and operations practices to strengthen government accountability and fiscal transparency.
Ward also directed fiscal impacts and delivered policy solutions on significant policy issues, including:
